Terms & Conditions of Tutoring Services

These Terms & Conditions govern all tutoring services provided by Toya’s Next Level Tutoring, LLC (“Tutor”). By enrolling in services, the Parent/Guardian and/or Adult Student (“Client”) agrees to all terms outlined below.

1️⃣ SERVICES OFFERED

Toya’s Next Level Tutoring, LLC provides virtual academic tutoring services including, but not limited to:

Math
English / Reading / Writing
Test Preparation
College and Adult Learning Support

All services are instructional in nature and designed to support understanding, skill development, and academic growth.

The Tutor does not complete assignments, exams, or academic work on behalf of students.

2️⃣ ACADEMIC INTEGRITY

The Tutor maintains strict academic integrity standards.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Completing assignments for the student
Providing answers to graded work
Assisting with cheating or plagiarism

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

3️⃣ TEST PREPARATION DISCLAIMER

Test preparation services focus on skill development, strategy, and structured practice.

Test scores, pass/fail outcomes, and academic results are not guaranteed
Student success depends on attendance, effort, and independent practice

The Tutor does not provide certifications or guarantees related to exam outcomes.

4️⃣ DUAL ENROLLMENT STUDENTS

Students enrolled in dual enrollment courses are supported under college-level instructional expectations, regardless of high school status.

College-level pricing applies
College-level academic integrity standards apply
Dual enrollment students are supported at the college instructional level.
60-minute sessions are recommended

Parents may manage payment; however, instruction follows the college syllabus and grading standards.

5️⃣ PRICING & PAYMENT

All services are billed according to the current pricing structure
Pricing is fixed and non-negotiable
Payment is required in full prior to scheduling
Invoices expire after 24 hours if unpaid

NO PAY = NO SERVICE

6️⃣ SESSION STRUCTURE

60-minute sessions are the standard for ongoing academic support
30-minute sessions are limited to diagnostics or brief clarification
Session recommendations are based on academic need and Tutor discretion

7️⃣ SCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY

Sessions must be scheduled in advance
Emergency or last-minute tutoring sessions are not offered
Clients are expected to plan ahead for exams and assessments

Accommodations may be considered for students with standing commitments (e.g., athletics, choir, church) when communicated in advance.

8️⃣ ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATIONS

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions
Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services

9️⃣ COMMUNICATION & BUSINESS HOURS

The Tutor responds to messages within 24 business hours
Communication outside business hours will be addressed the next business day
Excessive messaging or repeated policy clarification requests may result in service review

🔟 PROGRESS REPORTS & DOCUMENTATION

Included at no additional cost:

Brief verbal updates during sessions
Short written summaries (2–3 sentences) upon request
End-of-bundle progress overview

Additional services:

Formal written progress report (1 page): $25
School or teacher documentation / extended reports: $40

Reports are instructional summaries and do not guarantee outcomes.

1️⃣1️⃣ RECORDINGS & CONSENT

Sessions may not be recorded by the Client without written consent from the Tutor.

1️⃣2️⃣ REFUNDS & TERMINATION

All payments are non-refundable
The Tutor reserves the right to terminate services for:
- Policy violations
- Non-payment
- Academic integrity violations
- Disrespectful or inappropriate conduct

Termination may occur without refund.

1️⃣3️⃣ NO GUARANTEES

While high-quality instruction is provided, no academic results, grade improvements, or test outcomes are guaranteed.

1️⃣4️⃣ ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By enrolling in services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
